The owner wanted to open a modern sushi restaurant and trendy roll house in an empty commercial space. Fortunately, the space was already vacant, so only a few minor demolition tasks were required before construction could begin.

Our team quickly assessed the site, removed the necessary elements, and prepared the space for the build-out. With the groundwork complete, we could move efficiently into the construction phase, bringing the owner’s vision of a contemporary sushi spot to life.

This project highlights how a well-prepared team can turn an empty space into a fully functional, stylish restaurant with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
